Position: LinkedIn Ads Media Buyer (Senior or Experienced Junior)
Hours: Part-time (3–4 hrs/day) to start — with the potential to move to full-time (6–8 hrs/day) within the first month based on performance and fit
Start: Immediate
Timezone: Must overlap 2–3 hours with PST (Los Angeles)
Compensation: Competitive monthly rate (based on experience + region)
What You’ll Handle:
You’ll manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts (primarily B2B lead generation and high-ticket service offers).
Typical daily tasks include:
-Building and optimizing Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Document Ads, and Lead Gen campaigns
-Setting up and validating LinkedIn Insight Tag tracking
-Monitoring KPIs (CPL, CTR, CVR, pipeline quality, SQL volume) in Looker Studio
-Running SOP-based diagnostic checks across campaigns
-Refining audience targeting (job titles, seniority, company size, matched audiences, retargeting)
-Managing bidding strategies, budgets, creative testing, and scaling decisions
-Reviewing funnel performance and lead quality (not just cost per lead)
-Validating attribution and conversion tracking
-Logging insights and updates in Slack
-Running QA before campaign launches
-Preparing weekly reports (AI-assisted templates provided)
-Basic familiarity with Google Ads (Search or Performance Max) is a plus, but not required.
What You Should Already Know:
-Proven hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns
-Strong understanding of B2B targeting strategy and audience layering
-Experience optimizing for CPL while maintaining lead quality
-Confident working with LinkedIn Insight Tag, conversion tracking, and attribution
-Ability to diagnose performance issues and explain “why,” not just “what”
-Understanding of creative testing strategy (hooks, offers, formats) within LinkedIn’s ecosystem
