Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to LinkedIn messages promptly and professionally
- Handle
- Update, organize, and maintain CRM records with accurate lead and conversation details
- Track message statuses, follow-ups, and next steps in the CRM
- Coordinate daily with the Sales and Client Management Department to support sales workflows
- Coordinate daily with the Senior AI Developer and Leadership for workflow and system automation improvements
- Ensure consistent messaging across LinkedIn,
Qualifications
- Strong written communication skills in English
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with common CRM tools such as: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive (experience with Close CRM tools is a plus)
- Experience managing LinkedIn and
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a sales team
- Experience with Zoom, Google Meet, calendars, and basic reporting
- Comfortable working US hours
Nice to Have
- Experience with companies offering marketing services, AI systems, consulting services, and software solutions
- Familiarity with Close CRM, Slack, Notion, and Asana
Compensation Structure
- Bi-Weekly Base Pay: $100
- Internship Duration: Up to 90 days
- Earn Bonuses on appointments set or sales from scheduled onboarding meetings
