About the Role
You will be the human intelligence layer across four companies: a defence advisory firm, a healthcare compliance platform, a technology development company, and a creative agency. Each business targets senior decision-makers (CEOs, MDs, Founders, Partners) at a specific type of company, and your job is to find the right people, reach them, and manage the conversation until a meeting is booked.
You will work alongside an existing technical VA who handles automated research via Claude Code and Airtable. Your role complements his. He generates volume through programmatic search. You do what automation cannot: verify profiles manually, find the people LinkedIn blocks from scraping, judge whether someone fits the archetype, send personalised outreach, and manage responses through to a booked meeting.
You will use the company’s LinkedIn Recruiter account as your primary research tool.
What You Will Actually Do
Profile Research & Verification
Use LinkedIn Recruiter to find senior profiles matching specific archetypes for each company (e.g. retired Colonels running independent defence consultancies, independent pharmacy owners, CEOs of mid-market tech companies, CHROs at £1bn+ businesses)
Verify every profile before submission. If a profile is not a real person at the right type of company, do not include it. Accuracy is non-negotiable
Cross-reference automated lists produced by the technical VA, flagging fabricated or mismatched profiles
Deliver clean lists in a four-column format: Full Name, LinkedIn URL, Company, Role
Outreach & Response Management
Send personalised LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up messages on behalf of the founder, using approved messaging templates adapted to each recipient
Monitor responses across all four companies daily
When a prospect responds positively: obtain their
When a prospect delegates (e.g. “Speak to my HR Director”): draft and send the appropriate follow-up
When a prospect declines or goes cold: log the outcome in Airtable and move on
Pipeline Hygiene
Keep Airtable updated with every contact, interaction, and status change
Ensure no lead falls through the cracks across four simultaneous company pipelines
Flag patterns you notice (e.g. a particular archetype converting well, a messaging angle getting better response rates)
Requirements
Non-Negotiable
Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or LinkedIn Recruiter. You must be able to build Boolean searches, use filters effectively, and navigate the platform without training
Extreme diligence. You will be managing outreach across four companies simultaneously. Sending the wrong message to the wrong person, or mixing up which company a prospect belongs to, is a serious failure. If you are someone who makes careless mistakes under pressure, this role is not for you
Strong written English. You will draft
Comfort with Airtable or willingness to learn it quickly. It is the central system for tracking everything
Preferred
Background in B2B lead generation, executive recruiting, or business development research
Experience working with remote founders or executives across multiple time zones
Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management
How You Will Be Assessed
After an initial screening, shortlisted candidates will complete a paid trial day. You will be given access to LinkedIn Recruiter and a brief describing the target archetype for each company. You will have the full day to produce verified profile lists and demonstrate your research methodology.
You will be judged on accuracy first, volume second. Every profile must be a real, verified person at the right type of company. If you find 25 perfect profiles, submit 25. Do not pad to 50 with unverified ones.
Working Arrangement
Remote, working UK business hours (9am–6pm GMT/BST)
Weekly payment initially, moving to monthly once the working relationship is established
Rate: competitive for the Philippines market, discussed at interview
