About The Role
We help founder-led B2B service providers book more sales calls and win more clients using LinkedIn outbound.
I am looking for a detail-oriented LinkedIn Outreach Specialist who can manage multiple LinkedIn accounts daily, follow our proven outreach system, and keep the pipeline clean and moving.
You will start at 4 hours per day with a clear path to full-time if you perform well.
This is a long-term role for someone who wants stable work and to grow with one client, not hop from gig to gig.
What You Will Do
For each LinkedIn account you will:
Manage AI lists and ensure connection requests are sent to the correct ICP
Run daily outreach messages to already connected
Manage multiple messages per day
Send scheduled follow-up messages to non-responders using a cadence
Reply to simple inbound messages using our guidelines
Tag and hand off warm leads via a Calendar booking or Calednly
Log all activity, replies and call bookings in Kondo or CRM
Send a short end-of-day report with numbers and notes
Success In This Role Looks Like
On a typical week, working 4 hours per day:
Send 100 targeted messages per day
Manage all replies handled within 24 hours
Zero missed or forgotten warm replies
Clean, accurate tracking for every prospect touched via Kondo
Reliable daily reporting without chasing
Weekly Reporting & Monthly Reporting
Being a part of Dedicated Slack Channels with clients
Requirements
Excellent written English and clear understand of tone of voice
Experience with LinkedIn outreach or B2B lead generation
Comfortable using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Google Sheets
High attention to detail, especially with names, companies and tags
Can follow SOPs exactly and improve once you master them
Reliable laptop, strong internet and ability to work consistently and VPN
Minimum 6 months of using LinkedIn
Minimum of 2 years as Appointment Settings/ DMs or Lead Generation
Nice to have:
Experience booking calls for agencies, coaches or B2B services
Hours and Compensation
4 hours per day, 5 days per week
Working hours must overlap at least 2 hours with Central European Time
Starting rate: 3 to 5 USD per hour, depending on experience
Performance-based bonuses for hitting call booking and reply targets
Strong performers will be offered a full-time position
