We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support us with manual LinkedIn outreach.
Your task is to send highly personalized LinkedIn messages to C-level decision makers at large brands (CMOs, Heads of Marketing, Brand Directors).
This is NOT automation and NOT spam.?Every message must feel individual, relevant, and professional.
The outreach is focused on:
* Influencer Marketing
* Branding Campaigns
* TV & Event Sponsorships
* Large-scale brand visibility (banners, activations, content)
Your Responsibilities
* Identify relevant C-level decision makers on LinkedIn
* Research the brand, role, and recent activities
* Write fully personalized LinkedIn messages (no templates only)
* Use German language (with translation tools if needed)
* Track outreach in Google Sheets
* Follow clear messaging frameworks and guidelines
Language & Communication
* Messages are written in German
* You do NOT need to speak German fluently
* You MUST:
* Be very good at using translation tools (DeepL, Google Translate)
* Understand professional business tone
* Avoid robotic or awkward phrasing
