JOB OVERVIEW

I run a boutique executive search firm in the US. I am looking for ONE sharp, reliable, English-fluent assistant to become my right hand. This starts part-time and is built to grow into a full-time, long-term role for the right person. I invest in people who want to grow with me.

What you will do day to day:

LinkedIn business development (the main job). You will work inside my LinkedIn account and reach out to my existing connections (company founders, executives, hiring managers) with short, warm, professional messages to start conversations about roles I can help them hire for. You are not closing deals. You are opening doors and starting friendly conversations. The ---------- nt someone is interested, you hand the conversation to me.
Conversation management. Reply to messages, keep threads warm, stay organized, and never let a good lead go cold. Strong written English and a genuinely warm, human tone are essential.
Personal and executive admin. Scheduling, appointment booking (including doctor and personal appointments), ordering supplies, research, data entry, light calendar and inbox support, and other tasks that free up my time.

Who you are:

Excellent written and spoken English. You can carry a natural, professional conversation in writing.
Very comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and similar). You use AI to work faster and smarter, not as a crutch. This is a big plus and I will prioritize candidates who are genuinely AI-forward.
Organized, proactive, and trustworthy. You take ownership and follow through without being chased.
Hungry to learn and grow long-term. Down the road there is room to learn recruiting work (building candidate lists, research, and more) and to grow your role and pay.
Reliable internet and a quiet place to work.

I am starting with one person and one focus, then expanding. On top of your base, you earn a bonus for any net-new business your outreach directly brings in, so strong work pays you more. If you crush the LinkedIn and admin work, this becomes full-time with more responsibility and the chance to be the first key hire on a growing team. I want someone who is in it for the long haul.
