JOB OVERVIEW

**Remote | Part-Time | Padel Travel**

We are an established padel travel business looking for an experienced marketer to manage two key areas:

* **B2B LinkedIn Outreach** for our corporate padel division
* **B2C Email & Database Marketing** for our existing padel breaks and customer database

**You must have proven, hands-on experience in both areas.** We are not looking for someone who is strong in one and inexperienced in the other.

## Key Responsibilities

### B2B LinkedIn Outreach

* Identify target companies and decision-makers
* Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build prospect lists
* Create and manage outreach campaigns
* Write connection and follow-up sequences
* Generate qualified corporate leads and meetings
* Track and improve campaign performance

### B2C Email & Database Marketing

* Create campaigns promoting our padel breaks
* Segment our customer and enquiry database
* Build automated follow-up and nurture sequences
* Re-engage previous customers and enquiries
* Promote new trips, availability and offers
* Track enquiries, bookings and campaign ROI

## Essential Experience

Applicants must be able to demonstrate proven results in **both**:

* B2B LinkedIn prospecting and lead generation
* B2C email and database marketing

You should also have experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM/email platforms, database segmentation, automation, A/B testing and performance reporting.

**Experience with GoHighLevel would be a strong advantage.**

Experience in travel, leisure, hospitality, events or sport would also be beneficial.
