We're looking for a sharp, tech-savvy LinkedIn Outreach & DM Specialist who can blend smart automation with genuine human connection to fuel our lead generation engine across LinkedIn, email, and beyond.

What You'll Do
1. Outreach Automation & Systems
Build, manage, and optimize LinkedIn outreach sequences using tools like Expandi, Dripify, Phantombuster, or similar
Set up multi-touch automated campaigns across LinkedIn and email that still feel personal
Integrate outreach workflows with our CRM and marketing stack (GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, etc.)
Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to research prospects, generate personalized icebreakers, and A/B test messaging at scale
Document automation setups and build repeatable systems and SOPs for outreach processes

2. LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation
Research and identify ideal client profiles (ICPs) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools
Send personalized, high-converting connection requests and follow-up messages
Manage and grow a warm prospect pipeline with consistent, strategic outreach
Track and optimize reply rates, connection rates, and booked calls

3. DM Campaigns Across Platforms
Execute multi-touch outreach sequences across LinkedIn, email, and other messaging platforms
Write and A/B test DM scripts that feel human, not robotic — personalization is everything
Follow up with warm leads to nurture relationships and push toward conversions
Align messaging with active funnels, promotions, and team campaigns

4. Reporting & Optimization
Prepare weekly outreach reports: reply rates, conversions, booked calls, pipeline health
Continuously test and refine messaging, targeting criteria, and sequences
Identify bottlenecks in the outreach funnel and suggest actionable fixes

Who You Are
A tech-first operator — you think in systems and love automating the repetitive stuff
Experienced with LinkedIn outreach automation tools and CRM integrations
A confident AI user — you already use ChatGPT, Claude, or similar to do more, faster
A natural communicator
Data-driven
Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently with minimal hand-holding
Excited to build and document scalable outreach playbooks that outlast any individual campaign

Role Requirements
Proven experience with LinkedIn outreach or DM-based lead generation (results/portfolio required)
Proficiency with outreach automation and AI tools
Familiarity with GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, or similar CRM/automation platforms
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Availability for EST-aligned working hours
