Remote Role: LinkedIn Outreach Assistant – B2B Lead Generation (Philippines-Based)
Are you experienced in using LinkedIn to generate leads and start conversations with decision-makers? Do you know how to use Sales Navigator, manage LinkedIn automation tools, and stay compliant with LinkedIn’s ever-changing rules?
Stratique is a UK-based, multi-award-winning B2B lead generation and marketing agency. We specialise in helping established manufacturing, engineering, and industrial companies grow through intelligent marketing and targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
We are now looking to expand our trusted virtual team in the Philippines with a highly capable LinkedIn Outreach Assistant. This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone who understands LinkedIn as a business development platform and is confident using it to generate fully qualified B2B sales leads.
What You’ll Do:
Working closely with our UK team, you will use our toolstack (LinkedHelper, LinkedIn and Sales Navigator,) to identify, connect with, and message decision-makers across multiple industries and accounts.
Manage daily connection requests, follow-up sequences, and message templates across multiple client accounts.
Work within the limits of LinkedIn’s outreach policies to protect client accounts from restrictions.
Use LinkedIn automation tools (safely and compliantly) to scale outreach campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and report results to the UK team.
Collaborate with the team to improve messaging, targeting, and lead quality over time.
Who We’re Looking For:
Proven experience generating leads through LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s limitations, outreach restrictions, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with Sales Navigator, InMails and LinkedIn automation tools.
Excellent written English (C2 level) with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
A proactive and sales-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines.
Familiarity with B2B sales and marketing in English-speaking markets, preferably the UK.
Bonus Experience (Not Essential, But a Plus):
Knowledge of Go High Level or other CRM systems
Experience working with marketing agencies and B2B sectors.
Exposure to engineering, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
Familiarity with lead qualification processes.
