Virtual Assistant – Lead Generation & LinkedIn Outreach (Healthcare Focus)
I am looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support lead generation and LinkedIn outreach for a financial consulting business working with multi-location healthcare organizations.
This role focuses on driving qualified conversations that lead to booked calls and business growth—not just completing tasks.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
Identify and connect with decision-makers at growing healthcare organizations and initiate conversations that lead to qualified opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Identify decision-makers (CEO, COO, VP Operations, VP Finance)
Send 20–30 LinkedIn messages daily (scripts provided)
Personalize outreach based on company structure and role
Schedule LinkedIn posts
Create simple Canva graphics (templates provided)
Track outreach activity daily (messages, replies, conversations)
Update CRM (GoHighLevel)
Follow a structured outreach system and scripts provided by the company
DAILY WORKFLOW EXPECTATION
Work approximately 2–3 hours per day
Send 20–30 targeted LinkedIn messages daily
Use provided scripts with light personalization
Track outreach activity and responses daily
Maintain consistency and meet daily activity targets
TARGET EXPERIENCE (IMPORTANT)
You must be able to identify:
? Multi-location healthcare organizations (preferred: 5–50 locations)
? U.S.-based companies
? Growing businesses (not large hospital systems or Fortune 500 companies)
? Decision-makers who influence financial and operational decisions
SUCCESS METRICS
Daily outreach activity completed
Response rate from prospects
Number of qualified conversations started
Booked calls (bonus-based)
REQUIREMENTS
Experience with LinkedIn outreach
Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Strong written English and communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with daily targets
Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel is a plus)
Basic Canva skills
HOURS & COMPENSATION
Part-time: 10–15 hours per week
Rate: $5–$8/hour (based on experience)
Performance bonuses based on booked calls and results
