JOB OVERVIEW

National Technology Management (NTM) is a managed IT services provider serving small and midsize businesses in Metro Detroit and Ohio. Our promise is simple: Protect. Elevate. Automate. I'm Kelly Siegel, the owner. I'm hiring one person to turn my LinkedIn profile and the NTM company page into a steady source of booked discovery calls.

This is not a "post three times a week and report on impressions" job. You are judged on one number: qualified discovery calls booked on my calendar from LinkedIn. Followers, likes, and reach are nice. They are not the job.

What you will do every day

Build and maintain target lists of owners, CEOs, CFOs, office managers, and operations leaders at 10 to 200 employee companies in Metro Detroit and Ohio (manufacturing, professional services, healthcare, construction, nonprofits). Use Sales Navigator and keep the list clean.
Send personalized connection requests from my profile, daily, at a volume that keeps the account healthy. No automation tools that put my account at risk.
Run multi-touch DM conversations in my voice. Direct, human, no pitch slap. Your goal is a conversation, then a call. You will get scripts and examples, and you are expected to improve them and show me what works with numbers.
Engage in the comments of target prospects and local business communities so my name is familiar before you ever message them.
Qualify leads, book discovery calls on my calendar, confirm them, and hand me a short prep note before each one.
Log every touch, reply, and booking in GoHighLevel. If it isn't in the CRM, it didn't happen.
Repurpose my existing material (podcast clips, interviews, newsletter) into a few LinkedIn posts per week for my profile and the NTM page. Writing is secondary here. Outreach comes first.
Send me a weekly scorecard: connections sent and accepted, conversations started, calls booked, calls held, and what you're changing next week based on the data.

What I expect from you

You own the number. When a week is bad, you tell me why with receipts and what you're changing. No excuses, no hiding.
You write clean, natural English and can match a voice that is blunt, warm, and allergic to corporate filler.
You've done LinkedIn outreach or appointment setting for a B2B service business before and can show results. MSP or IT services experience is a real plus.
You are comfortable working US Eastern business hours for most of your day so replies go out when prospects are online.
You test, measure, and adjust. You will fail at some things. That's expected. What isn't acceptable is failing the same way twice without learning from it.

What you get

Direct access to the owner. No layers. Fast decisions.
Clear targets, honest feedback, and a bonus structure tied to calls booked and held.
A stable, long-term seat with a company that is growing by design and by acquisition.
