JOB OVERVIEW

We need someone to own our CEO's LinkedIn presence and turn it into a lead generation machine. This is not just posting — it's strategic outreach, AI-powered content, and measurable lead flow into our CRM.
The opportunity:
— CEO is a financial advisor serving physicians, surgeons, nurses, and business owners across the US
— We have a live campaign targeting businesses in 17 states facing retirement mandate fines
— The CRM pipeline and email automation are built — we need LinkedIn driving traffic into them
— You manage the CEO's profile: 3+ posts/week, 25-40 connection requests/day, DM engagement, group participation, carousel creation
Beyond LinkedIn (the other 60% of your time):
— Use AI (ChatGPT, Claude) to generate blog articles, social media content, and email copy
— Manage 10+ WordPress sites (setup, publish, SEO optimization)
— Design lead magnets and graphics in Canva
— Track leads by source and report weekly
Your first week — a campaign is launching NOW:
— Design a PDF lead magnet ("2026 State Penalty Map") in Canva
— Draft 5 LinkedIn posts about state retirement mandates and disability insurance
— Begin daily connection requests targeting business owners in California, New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Oregon
— Draft 7 email templates for our compliance alert campaign
— Set up WordPress sites on our parked domains (Hostinger)
You must have:
— LinkedIn business profile management experience (not personal use — managing for a client or employer)
— AI content creation (ChatGPT/Claude daily for 6+ months)
— Canva (carousels, graphics, PDF design)
— WordPress (full setup from scratch, not just posting)
— Basic SEO knowledge
— Clean English, 2hrs EST overlap daily
Terms:
— $8/hour, bi-weekly PayPal, 25 hrs/week
