Overview
We are a NEW corporate event production agency specializing in government and corporate events where execution, precision, and reliability are critical.

We’re looking for a results-driven LinkedIn Growth Strategist who can turn our LinkedIn presence into a lead generation and authority-building engine as a new agency.

This role goes beyond basic profile optimization. We need someone who understands how to position a brand for corporate decision-makers, create high-performing content, and build a consistent pipeline of qualified B2B leads.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Transforming our LinkedIn presence into a high-converting personal and brand asset
• Defining clear positioning and messaging that resonates with corporate decision-makers
• Developing and executing a content strategy focused on authority, trust, and lead generation
• Writing high-impact LinkedIn content (insight posts, authority-driven storytelling, carousels)
• Growing a targeted, relevant audience organically (quality over volume)
• Designing and managing outreach strategies that generate qualified conversations (not spam)
• Building relationships and nurturing prospects into opportunities
• Tracking performance and continuously optimizing based on results

What We Are NOT Looking For

• Social media managers focused on posting frequency
• “Growth hackers” using generic or spam-based outreach tactics
• Anyone measuring success purely by likes, views, or follower count

**What We Expect From You**

• Proven experience growing LinkedIn accounts for B2B or service-based businesses
• Strong understanding of corporate buyer psychology and high-trust sales environments
• Ability to translate complex services into clear, compelling messaging
• Experience with LinkedIn tools (Sales Navigator or similar is a plus)
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and improve performance
• Strong communication and strategic thinking skills

**Project Details**

Type: 3 Mos Trial Period, est 5-10 hours weekly. There will be bonus potential for closed leads.
Scope: LinkedIn strategy, content, outreach, and growth
