Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented LinkedIn operator to help us identify, qualify, and connect with high-quality referral partners.
This is not a generic social media role.
Your main focus will be:

???? Supporting outreach
???? Helping generate real business relationships
Responsibilities
1. ICP-Based Lead Generation (Primary)
Build highly targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Focus on:
Amazon marketing agencies
eCommerce accountants / fractional CFO firms
Amazon coaches and consultants
Follow strict targeting criteria (we will train you)
Submit sample leads for approval before scaling
2. Lead Qualification & Quality Control
Ensure every lead fits our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Tag leads by quality (Tier 1 / Tier 2)
Continuously improve targeting based on feedback
3. LinkedIn Outreach Support
Assist with LinkedIn outreach campaigns (LinkedInCamp or similar tools)
Help personalize messages when needed
Monitor replies and flag high-quality conversations
4. Content Support (Secondary)
Turn internal ideas into simple LinkedIn post drafts
Support positioning the company as a trusted partner in the eCommerce space
What We’re Looking For
Experience with LinkedIn or lead generation (Sales Navigator preferred)
Strong attention to detail (quality over quantity mindset)
Ability to follow instructions and refine based on feedback
Good written English communication
Organized and reliable
Important: This Role Is NOT
Posting random content for likes
Generating large volumes of low-quality leads not fit ICP
A generic social media manager role

Compensation
$6 – $8 USD per hour
Part-time: ~20 hours per week
Performance Bonus
Additional bonus for:
Qualified booked calls
Referral partner conversions
