About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, creative LinkedIn Content Writer who can build a powerful personal or brand presence on LinkedIn, one that stops the scroll, earns trust, and drives real engagement. This isn't a copy-paste content mill role. You'll be crafting 5 high-quality posts per week that combine authoritative writing with visually compelling, data-driven infographics and model-style graphic design.
What You'll Do
You'll write and publish 5 LinkedIn posts daily, each crafted to educate, provoke thought, or inspire action within a specific niche. Every post must feel like it came from a credible expert, not a content scheduler. Alongside your writing, you'll design or direct infographics, carousel frameworks, and model-style visual breakdowns. Think clean hierarchy, bold typography, and data visualization that makes complex ideas instantly digestible.
You'll research trending topics and industry conversations to stay ahead of the curve, develop a consistent voice and editorial calendar, A/B test hooks and formats, and analyze post performance to continuously refine the content strategy.
What We're Looking For
You have at least 2 years of experience writing professional content for LinkedIn, with a portfolio that proves you can drive engagement, not just impressions. You understand what makes a LinkedIn hook work in the first three lines, and you know how to structure a post for maximum dwell time and comments.
On the design side, you're comfortable in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express and can produce infographics that look like they belong on a top-tier thought leader's feed. You have a strong eye for layout, color, and information hierarchy. Bonus points if you've grown a LinkedIn account from scratch or ghostwritten for executives or founders.
Non-Negotiables
Consistency is everything here: 5 posts per week, every week, on schedule. Each piece of content must be original, well-researched, and free of generic filler. You take ownership of results and aren't waiting to be managed.
Compensation
Competitive, based on experience. Performance bonuses tied to engagement growth and follower milestones.
Bonus
Candidates with linkedin posts links to showcase their competency will get priority in interview.
