Own the strategy, execution, and performance of
Write high-performing ad copy, ensuring messaging aligns with audience targeting and brand voice.
Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and optimizations.
Report on key metrics and performance trends, offering actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals.
Work with creative assets provided to execute effective ad campaigns.
Stay updated on platform updates, best practices, and industry trends to drive campaign success.

3+ years of experience running
Strong copywriting skills for ad content—must be able to craft compelling, high-converting ad copy.
Expertise in performance analysis, reporting, and optimization to drive better results.
Data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret analytics and improve campaign effectiveness.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience managing multiple clients.
Proficiency in
Familiarity with Google Ads is a plus but not required.
Experience using Asana, Slack, GSuite, and Agency Analytics for campaign management and reporting.
Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) in EST to align with client needs.
