Role Summary
As a LinkedIn Account Sourcing Specialist at GrowBig Ventures, you play a critical role in scaling one of the most powerful outbound systems in the industry. Our agency uses rented LinkedIn accounts to bypass platform volume limits and run high-output B2B messaging campaigns for clients around the world.
Your mission is simple: find, qualify, and onboard real LinkedIn profiles that meet our standards, using a combination of personal outreach, social platform sourcing, freelance marketplaces, and creative online tactics. You will receive full scripts, daily guidance, proven templates, and weekly support to help you consistently hit your numbers.

Core Responsibilities
1. Daily Sourcing & Outreach
Conduct 70–100+ daily interactions across personal networks, social media groups, and freelance platforms.
Message 20+ contacts per day in your personal network (family, friends, classmates, acquaintances).
Post or message 50+ times per day across online job boards, gig platforms, forums, and communities.
Rotate through 4–6 sourcing platforms daily (Upwork, OnlineJobs.ph, Reddit,

Review each potential LinkedIn account for:
Authenticity and activity
Connection count (100–500+)
Clear profile photo
Basic education or experience details
English fluency for communication
Assign the correct tier (Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3) based on quality standards outlined in the SOP.
3. Closing & Onboarding
Explain the opportunity to the account owner using approved scripts.
Confirm payment method (PayPal, Wise, Zelle, or local options).
Collect WhatsApp number and add the owner to the setup group with our Team Lead.
Log each account properly for payout and compliance review.
Ensure smooth handoff for technical setup and verification.
4. Reporting & Optimization
Track daily outreach volume, conversions, and platform performance.
Experiment with new platforms weekly to expand sourcing methods.
Share findings during team check-ins so we all improve together.
Maintain compliance with internal guidelines at all times.
Account Quality Tiers & Commission Structure

Tier 1 (Premium) 500+ connections, US/CA/EU profile, full details $50 $150 ($50 upfront, $100 in 60 days)
Tier 2 (Strong) 300–499 connections, solid profile $30 $120 ($50 upfront, $70 in 60 days)
Tier 3 (Standard) 100–299 connections, complete profile $20 $80 ($40 upfront, $40 in 60 days)
Commissions count toward your bonus after the account completes 1 week in our system.
