Role Summary
As a Link Acquisition Specialist (Appointment Setter), your primary responsibility is to reach out to businesses and inform them that they’ve been recognized with an award. Your goal is to guide them in showcasing this award on their website, including placing a backlink that benefits both their credibility and our platform.
This role is highly performance-driven and ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, persistent, and motivated by results.
What You’ll Do
1. Conduct 80–120 outbound touchpoints daily (calls,
2. Introduce and pitch award recognition to business owners and decision-makers
3. Guide clients step-by-step on how to publish the award on their website with a backlink
4. Perform consistent follow-ups across multiple channels until conversion
5. Address basic technical questions related to adding links or embedding awards
6. Accurately log all activities and updates in the CRM system
How Success is Measured
Your performance will be evaluated based on:
- Number of links acquired per week
- Conversion rate (contact ? successful placement)
- Follow-up consistency and pipeline management
Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone who is:
1. A strong English communicator (clear, confident, neutral accent preferred)
2. Resilient and persistent, especially in handling rejection
3. Comfortable working across phone,
4. Organized and able to manage high-volume outreach
5. Tech-comfortable with a basic understanding of websites or links (preferred but not required)
