About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales / Sales Support Specialist to support our sales team and help drive growth. This role focuses on preparing quotes, performing material take-offs, creating submittals, following up on emails, assisting with lead generation, and handling various administrative and sales-related tasks.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while supporting customer relationships and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and manage customer quotes accurately and efficiently
• Perform material take-offs from plans and drawings
• Create and organize project submittals and documentation
• Handle email and follow-ups with customers, vendors, and sales reps
• Assist with lead generation, prospecting, and CRM updates
• Track quotes, opportunities, and project statuses
• Coordinate with outside sales, estimators, and vendors
• Maintain organized records and files
• Support additional sales, estimating, and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications
Required:
• Prior experience in inside sales, sales support, estimating, or administrative roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with email, spreadsheets, and basic software tools
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Construction or construction-related industry experience
• Familiarity with take-offs, blueprints, or construction documents
• Experience with CRM systems
• Knowledge of pricing, quoting, or submittal processes
