JOB OVERVIEW

I'm a financial services professional looking for a driven, reliable Dialer, Admin & Quoter to join my team. I'm building from the ground up and need someone with the mindset to keep dialing consistently, stay motivated, and never give up.
This is a simple, hands-on role — no complex systems.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to leads using Google Voice
Work through a leads list managed in Excel
Qualify prospects (age, health, coverage needs)
Input information into our quoting platform/CRM
Generate and review life insurance quotes
Keep notes and update lead status consistently
Follow up with leads when needed

Requirements

Experience in cold calling or telemarketing (preferred)
Strong, clear English communication
Comfortable using Google Voice, Excel, and basic CRM tools
Ability to stay organized while managing leads
High persistence — able to handle rejection and keep dialing daily
Reliable internet and quiet workspace

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Life insurance or quoting experience
Understanding of medical conditions and terminology, along with some medications available
Familiarity with the U.S. market
Experience working with Excel lead tracking

Schedule & Pay

U.S. work hours (flexible)
Full-time or part-time
Hourly pay + performance bonuses
