US Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday through Friday)Occasionally SaturdaysPhilippine Time: Graveyard shift

We are an American-based life insurance company looking for a motivated and reliable Appointment Setter. This role is strictly focused on booking appointments for clients to speak with a licensed life insurance specialist.
You will NOT be selling insurance.
Your only responsibility is to qualify prospects and schedule appointments.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls using a dialerSpeak with prospects and ask required qualifying questionsBook appointments for life insurance specialistsAccurately log notes and appointment detailsFollow scripts and proceduresMeet daily call and appointment goalsMaintain professionalism on every call
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills
Comfortable working graveyard shift (PH time)Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or call center work preferredReliable internet connection and quiet workspaceDriven, accountable, and self-motivatedComfortable using a dialer and CRMAble to follow instructions and scripts consistently
Compensation
Base Salary: USD $400 per monthCommission: Paid on appointments that convert to a salePayments: Made via Wise
