Licensed U.S. Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Representative

Location: Philippines – Remote
Position: Full-Time
Industry: U.S. Personal Lines Insurance

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Licensed U.S. Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Representative who is currently based in the Philippines.

This is a sales position for someone who already understands the U.S. personal lines insurance industry and has previous experience selling insurance to U.S. customers.

You MUST currently hold an ACTIVE Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines insurance license in at least one U.S. state to be considered for this position.

We are looking for confident sales professionals who know how to build rapport, identify customer needs, present insurance options, overcome objections, and close business.

Responsibilities
Speak with prospective U.S. customers interested in auto, home, renters, and other personal lines insurance.
Quote and sell personal lines insurance policies.
Identify opportunities to save customers money and improve their insurance coverage.
Explain coverage options, deductibles, limits, and policy features clearly.
Build trust and rapport with customers over the phone.
Handle objections professionally and confidently.
Ask for the sale and consistently work toward closing qualified opportunities.
Cross-sell and bundle auto and home insurance when appropriate.
Accurately collect and enter customer information into insurance systems and CRM platforms.
Follow all carrier, agency, licensing, compliance, and documentation requirements.
Follow up with prospects who have not yet completed their purchase.
Meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals.
REQUIRED Qualifications

To be considered, you must meet ALL of the following requirements:

Currently living in the Philippines.
Hold an ACTIVE U.S. Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines insurance license in at least one U.S. state.
Have previous experience selling U.S. personal lines insurance.
Have experience selling auto, home, renters, or similar personal lines products.
Strong English communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based customers by phone.
Proven ability to close sales and handle objections.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.
Reliable computer, internet connection, and professional remote working environment.
Ability to work hours that align with U.S. business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
Licensed in multiple U.S. states.
Experience working for a U.S. insurance agency or carrier.
Experience selling both auto and homeowners insurance.
Experience working with internet leads, inbound calls, outbound calls, or live transfer leads.
Experience using insurance quoting platforms and CRM systems.
Strong history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Experience bundling multiple insurance products.
