• Provide exceptional remote technical support for software products.
• Configure and deploy new applications as needed.
• Develop and maintain scripts to resolve complex coding issues.
• Manage user devices through remote access.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless system operation.
• Perform regular backups and system checks for business continuity.
• Troubleshoot complex code and product issues on web and mobile platforms.
• Assist with testing, quality assurance, and GitHub tasks.
• Work with various technical interfaces like HTML, Javascript, CSS, excel .
• Proven capabilities across development technologies like Github, HTML, AJAX, JavaScript, and jQuery as needed.
• Experience with helpdesk and support technologies like Jira, Zendesk, Trello etc.
• Design training manuals and instructions for system users.
• Develop and support tools according to product specifications.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and time management skills.
• Adhere to all applicable health, safety, and HR procedures.
• Undertake additional duties as required.
Qualification and Attributes:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 Years of hands-on experience in the IT support process.
AI and Modern Technology Requirements
• Must be AI-native and actively use AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Experience working with AI-powered development environments and cloud IDEs such as Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, Replit, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, expert prompting techniques, AI workflows, and AI-assisted software development.
• Experience leveraging frontier AI models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent) to improve support, development, troubleshooting, documentation, and productivity.
• Familiarity with AI agents, automation tools, skills design, and AI-assisted problem solving.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly adopt emerging technologies and apply them effectively in a business environment.
• Candidates who already use AI extensively in their daily workflow will be highly regarded.
Preferred (Highly Regarded):
Experience in both technical support and software development environments.
Experience supporting SaaS products.
Experience working with AI-assisted coding and development tools.
Experience creating automations, workflows, or integrations using modern AI technologies.
