You will be working 100% remote.
We are managed IT services company currently seeking a remote Infrastructure IT Support Specialist in the Philippines who can independently monitor, dispatch and troubleshoot IT issues. At 24hourtek, we believe in a team approach and foster an environment where everyone is willing to jump in and assist one another when needed.
Responsibilities include:
• Provide remote technical support for macs, pcs, cloud services, networks, servers, and mobile devices.
• Dispatch phone calls and monitor queue of callers and new tickets.
• Track time and notes in ticketing system.
• Collaborate with team through phone, chat, and video calls.
• Monitor and prioritize inbound alerts.
•. Provide remote technical support for macs, pcs, cloud services, networks, servers, and mobile devices.
• Perform system maintenance on macs, pcs, firewalls, wireless controllers, servers and 3rd party software
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
You must have at least 10+ years IT experience, possess a 4-year university degree, and have certifications in IT. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and time management skills, and be a top-notch people person. You must have extensive experience fixing and troubleshooting computers, in Mac and PC environments. You should know how to work efficiently and be able to demonstrate a logical approach to solving problems. You must be disciplined, motivated, punctual, self-direct your time wisely, and be very detail oriented. The ideal candidate will have experience juggling multiple clients. You must also be able to type at least 40 words per minute.
