Level 2 IT Support and Security Technician – Managed Services Provider

About the Role
We’re looking for a Level 2 Technician to join our Managed Services team. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional technology outcomes for clients across industries—from professional services to construction and manufacturing.
This role is for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys solving challenging problems, and takes pride in the work provided.
What You’ll Do
• Microsoft Management – Provide Level 2 support in Microsoft, including resetting passwords, reinstalling Microsoft Intune configuration and management, and general issue troubleshooting.
• Google Workspace - Provide Level 2 support in Microsoft, including resetting passwords and general issue troubleshooting.
• Develop and execute automation scripts using ConnectWise Automate, NinjaRMM, PowerShell, and Power Automate.
• Overall computer issue support.
• Server support, including VPN management, RDP, updates
• Backup management for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, servers - including periodic testing.
• Network management including firewall rules, WiFi channel and frequency management, troubleshooting latency and performance issues, trace routing, etc.

• Pull data from various systems for monthly reports.
What You Bring – Areas of Experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in an MSP or multi-tenant IT environment.
• Microsoft 365 – Administration, EntraID, Intune (including autopilot and scripting), and Office Apps.

• Strong working knowledge of ConnectWise PSA/Manage, ScreenConnect, NinjaRMM, MDR, EDR, SOC/SIEM
• RMM/PowerShell scripting, Power Automate, and a mindset for continuous improvement.
• Excellent English communication skills—both written and spoken.
• A sense of ownership, professionalism, and pride in every task.
Schedule
• Full-time role supporting 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Standard time zone
• 5 days a week, Monday - Friday
