Queensland Capital Solutions (QCS) is looking for an experienced Lending Operations Manager to lead our lending operations, support our processing team and keep a diverse pipeline moving confidently from application to settlement.
We’re an established Australian finance advisory firm specialising in residential, commercial, business, asset and specialist finance. Working directly with our Director and Australian team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a visible impact on our processes, team performance and client experience.

What you’ll do
- Own the lending pipeline: Oversee applications, lender conditions, documentation, valuations and settlement deadlines.
Lead the team: Allocate workloads, coach processors and parabrokers, and maintain accountability for quality and turnaround times.

- Keep transactions moving: Review submissions for completeness, resolve operational issues and escalate complex credit or compliance matters.

- Keep people informed: Coordinate timely updates with brokers, clients, lenders, solicitors and other stakeholders.
Improve how we work: Maintain accurate CRM records, strengthen procedures and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service.


What you’ll bring
- At least five years’ experience in Australian mortgage broking, lending operations and process
- Previous experience as a team leader, senior lending operations professional or operations manager.
- Strong Australian residential lending knowledge, covering lender policies, documentation, compliance and settlement.
- Experience managing loan pipelines, competing deadlines and processing team workloads.
- Proficiency with mortgage broker CRMs such as Mercury Nexus, MyCRM or Salestrekker, plus ApplyOnline and lender lodgement systems.
- Excellent written and spoken English, strong attention to detail and confidence communicating with Australian stakeholders.
- The initiative to manage priorities independently and take ownership of outcomes.
- Highly regarded: Experience in commercial, business, asset or specialist finance, and leadership of an offshore lending team.
