JOB OVERVIEW

Full Time Work From Home
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Eastern Time US

Maintain the master compliance calendar for all entities.
• Directly manage every compliance deadline, renewal, filing, certification, license, permit, training requirement, and
recurring contractual obligation.
• Identify the responsible internal owner for each requirement and obtain confirmation and supporting documentation
of completion.
• Follow up until each obligation is completed, rather than merely sending reminders.
• Verify that required submissions were actually made, accepted, and documented.
• Maintain auditable records of filings, confirmations, receipts, certificates, and other proof of completion.
• Immediately escalate overdue, incomplete, rejected, or potentially noncompliant items
• Prepare regular compliance-status reports identifying completed, upcoming, overdue, and at-risk obligations.
• Coordinate routine legal operations, document organization, matter trackers, signature packets, and approved-form
documentation.
• Coordinate the organized internal distribution of finalized policies, handbooks, notices, and other approved legal
materials.

Reporting and Escalation Structure
• Will escalate compliance exceptions, missed or threatened deadlines, rejected filings, and unresolved follow-ups to General Counsel.
