JOB OVERVIEW

Our growing law firm is seeking a Legal Intake Specialist / Client Closer to help convert potential clients into retained cases while our attorney is in court. This role is ideal for someone who is highly experienced in sales, confident on the phone, and comfortable speaking with individuals who need legal help.

You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them understand our services and guiding them through the process of retaining our firm.

Unlawful Detainer Defense
Eviction Defense
Tenant Rights
Family Law
Divorce
Domestic Violence Matters

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls from potential clients
Conduct initial intake and gather relevant case details
Clearly explain our legal services and consultation process
Confidently close and retain clients
Follow up with leads who have contacted the firm
Schedule consultations and manage client communication
Maintain organized records and client notes

Requirements:
Highly experienced in sales and closing deals over the phone
Excellent English speaking, reading, and writing skills
Strong phone presence and ability to build trust quickly
Prior experience working with attorneys or law firms (preferred)
Experience with legal intake or client retention is highly valued
Professional, organized, and reliable
Ability to handle sensitive legal matters with empathy and discretion

Ideal Candidate:
A strong closer who can confidently guide clients to retain the fir
Persuasive yet compassionate communicator
Comfortable discussing legal services and fee
Understands urgency in legal matters and responds professionally
