JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing Singapore-led legaltech company with a remote team in the Philippines, helping internationally mobile individuals and families prepare estate-planning documents across jurisdictions. We are looking for a Legal Customer Support Specialist to join our team and help deliver a smooth, responsive customer experience.

This is a full-time remote role for someone with strong written English, good judgment, strong attention to detail, and availability to start immediately.

What you’ll do

You will help manage customer communication across our support channels and act as the first point of contact for many customer questions.

Your work will include responding to customer enquiries, helping customers understand next steps in the process, following up on missing information, handling status questions, assisting with account or payment-related issues, and escalating more complex matters when needed.

You will work alongside our existing Intercom and AI-assisted support setup, handling the conversations and issues that require human judgment, care, and follow-through.

You will also help maintain clear internal records, use templates and macros effectively, and contribute to improving support workflows, help content, and escalation processes over time.

You should be comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment where SOPs, internal systems, Intercom, and AI tools are part of day-to-day work.

The initial focus of the role will be on UAE-related customer support, with scope to support additional markets over time.

We are looking for someone who:
- writes clearly, professionally, and empathetically in English
- has strong attention to detail
- is comfortable handling customer communication in a calm and structured way
- can follow SOPs and structured processes reliably
- is comfortable using Intercom, templates, macros, and AI tools as part of day-to-day work
- is comfortable reviewing AI-assisted responses and stepping in when human judgment is needed
- is comfortable escalating legal or operational issues appropriately
- can work hours with meaningful overlap with Gulf business hours
- is available to start immediately

Experience in legal customer support is strongly preferred.

Compensation

USD 900 to 1,200 per month, depending on experience and fit.

There is also a monthly performance bonus tied to response quality, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.
