Responsibilities
The Case Managers will play a vital role in managing the lifecycle of multiple Family law cases or Criminal Defense cases. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess a deep understanding of either Family law procedures or Criminal Defense procedures, and be adept at managing client relations under stressful circumstances.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day management of Family or Criminal Defense case files from initial intake through to trial or settlement.
Schedule and manage deadlines for court appearances, filing deadlines, and preparation meetings.
Liaise with opposing attorneys, witnesses, and external consultants to coordinate case activities effectively.
Organize and maintain case documentation, including discovery materials, legal filings, and correspondence.
Facilitate client meetings and assist in the preparation for court appearances.
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards governing criminal defense work.
Qualifications
Must be licensed Attorney in Phillipphines
Experience in courthouse/docketing for a judge is considered ideal.
At least 5 years of experience in case management, ideally in a family law or criminal defense setting.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, court personnel, and legal professionals.
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in legal case management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other technologies.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
