JOB OVERVIEW

I own a U.S. contractor licensing business (ContractorQualifier) and related companies. Over the next 3–5 years I plan to reorganize the business, get it ready for sale, and complete the sale. I'm looking for a legally trained professional with real business experience to be my right hand in carrying out this plan.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Organize corporate records, contracts, licenses, and agreements into a clean, sale-ready data room
- Draft first versions of agreements, corporate resolutions, and policies for review by our U.S. and Bahamian counsel
- Keep a master timeline of deadlines, filings, license renewals, and to-do items, and drive it forward
- Document our processes (SOPs) so the business can run without the owner
- Help prepare buyer materials and handle due diligence requests
- Coordinate our outside attorneys, CPA, and team, and report progress to me weekly

REQUIREMENTS:
- Law degree required; Philippine Bar membership strongly preferred
- At least 5 years of business, corporate, or transactional experience (M&A, corporate secretarial, or compliance is a plus)
- Excellent written English and strong attention to detail
- Experience with U.S. business practices or clients
- Able to work independently, keep information confidential, and sign an NDA
- Available for some overlap with U.S. Eastern Time
