Key Responsibilities
Hours & Accountability
Consistently achieve or surpass the firm’s case requirements by maintaining sharp focus, discipline, and time management.
Meticulously track and document activities for client matters in legal software for assigned client matters.
Case Management Leadership
Oversee and drive the progression of cases through established processes, ensuring all steps and timelines are executed with precision.
Hold the team to the highest standards for timely and accurate case movement, promptly flagging and escalating any delays for swift resolution.
Legal Research and Drafting Excellence
Conduct thorough, high-level legal research and distill complex information into clear, concise memos, zoning applications, Power Point presentation and correspondence, with minimal oversight.
Deliver documents virtually free of revisions, typos, or errors, setting a high bar for accuracy and clarity.
Operational Support & Process Improvement
Model the firm’s core values by responding to clients and tea
Champion operational excellence: rigorously follow established processes, leverage AI tools, and proactively recommend workflow and system improvements.
Nurture a community of professionalism and connection by treating every client, colleague, and partner with warmth and respect.

Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, Political Science or a related field strongly preferred.
Proven experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in a US based law firm, with a demonstrated track record of accuracy and high performance.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical abilities, with an eye for detail that sets you apart.
Advanced proficiency with legal research tools and technology, including AI-powered platforms.
Ability to excel independently and collaboratively in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
