Position:

We are seeking a dedicated legal assistant to conduct intake calls with prospective clients, and legal assistant tasks. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling intake calls for a law firm, as well as excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor, as they will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance. Responsibilities include gathering initial client information efficiently and summarizing into standardized forms to pass along to attorneys for further evaluation to see if there is a case we may be able to engage. A background in legal services is preferred but not mandatory. This role is crucial for streamlining our client intake process and ensuring that every client feels valued from the outset.
