JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a highly qualified Legal Assistant to join our team.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Graduate of any four-year course.
2. At least one (1) year of experience working as a Legal Assistant in a Personal Injury law firm is REQUIRED.
3. Experience working with personal Injury Law Firms or any healthcare accounts related to legal services.
4. Proven experience working remotely, with own laptop/PC and a fast, stable, and reliable internet connection.
5. Ability to multitask effectively and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
6. Willingness to work the graveyard shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM PH time).
7. No current online job or freelance work. Applicants must submit an updated resume. If currently employed, proof of last day of employment is required.
8. Comfortable with an on-camera work policy during work hours and with ActivTrak monitoring software installed on the work device.
