I am a high-volume Property Manager overseeing a diverse portfolio of long-term leases and Airbnb units. I am looking for a proactive, hyper organized Virtual Assistant with a extremely strong attention to small details. You aren't just managing tasks; you are optimizing revenue, securing new owners, and ensuring our operations run like a Swiss watch.
Key Responsibilities
Listing Excellence: Create, launch, and optimize high-conversion listings across MLS and major rental platforms.
The "Closer" Mindset: Handle outbound cold calling to property owners and manage fast-paced inbound inquiries from prospective tenants (Ads,
Virtual Transformation: Use Canva or other staging tools to turn empty rooms into appealing, high-conversion pictures.
Lease & Document Management (Top Priority): Manage lease agreements, move-in/out reports, property documentation, and persistent follow-ups.
Strategic Scheduling: Own the calendar. Coordinate showings, manage appointments, and ensure all current occupants receive proper legal notice for entry.
Airbnb Optimization: Monitor and optimize pricing and revenue for short-term rental units.
