Learning & Enablement Lead
We are looking for a process-obsessed, people-first educator who combines deep expertise in process improvement and SaaS tools with a genuine passion for teaching. This role exists to build a high-performing, well-trained team that understands both how work should flow and how to use ClickUp to make it happen.

About the role
The Learning & Enablement Lead is responsible for designing and delivering training programs that elevate the team's competency across two dimensions — internal process mastery and ClickUp product knowledge. You are equal parts process consultant, curriculum designer, and performance coach. You don't just train people; you build a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

What you'll do
1. Assess, document, and improve internal processes to ensure the team operates efficiently and consistently
2. Train the team on ClickUp — from foundational usage to advanced workflows — tailored to different skill levels
3. Design and build learning modules, playbooks, onboarding guides, and reference materials the team can rely on
4. Evaluate individual tea ---------- mbers on product knowledge and internal process understanding through structured assessments
5. Identify skill gaps and create targeted training to close them
6. Maintain and update all training content as processes evolve and the platform changes
7. Uphold a high standard of education quality across everything you deliver

What we're looking for
1. Experience in process improvement, process mapping, or business operations
2. Hands-on knowledge of ClickUp or similar SaaS work management tools
3. A genuine passion for teaching and developing people
4. Strong ability to create clear, structured, and engaging learning content
5. Comfortable evaluating performance and giving constructive, actionable feedback
6. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and consistency

1. A desktop or laptop with specs capable of running multiple applications for virtual meetings and presentations.
2. A quiet home workspace.
3. A noise-cancelling headset.
4. A stable, high-speed internet connection atleast 50Mbps speed.
