About Quandary Consulting Group

Quandary Consulting Group (QCG) helps businesses automate, streamline, and scale through workflow automation, process improvement, and digital transformation. As part of our growth, we’re creating leadership and professional development programs to help teams reach their full potential.

We’re looking for a Leadership Training Content Developer to design and develop engaging, practical, and professional leadership training materials. This is a remote, part-time role ideal for someone passionate about adult learning, leadership, and instructional design.

Responsibilities

- Develop training content on leadership, communication, and management topics.
- Create PowerPoint or Google Slides presentations, participant guides, and handouts.
- Turn leadership insights and consulting notes into structured learning modules.
- Research and write real-world case studies, exercises, and learning scenarios.
- Collaborate with QCG’s leadership team to align content with our core values and methodologies.
- Ensure training materials are clear, engaging, and easy to follow.
- (Optional) Support conversion of materials into e-learning content or LMS modules.

Requirements

- Proven experience in instructional design, training content creation, or corporate learning development.
- Excellent English writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong knowledge of leadership, management, or soft skills development.
- Proficiency in Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Canva.
- Strong attention to detail and visual design sense.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines remotely.

Nice to Have

- Experience with e-learning platforms (Thinkific, TalentLMS, Teachable, etc.).
- Familiarity with adult learning models (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
- Experience designing training for international or U.S.-based companies.
- Background in business consulting, coaching, or HR development.
