Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist to help us scale our campaigns. The majority of the work will involve:
Scraping and collecting leads using automated tools to build accurate lists of brands, influencers, and contacts.
Sending 700–800 emails and DMs per day using automated systems, with minimal personalization.
Monitoring responses and replying professionally to potential leads.
Maintaining and updating lead information in spreadsheets or CRM systems.
Reporting daily progress and results.
This role is ideal for someone who is efficient, organized, and familiar with automation tools, and enjoys handling high-volume outreach without needing to manually send every message.
Requirements:
Experience with email marketing, DM outreach, or lead generation.
Knowledge of automation and scraping tools (e.g., Lemlist, Phantombuster, Zapier, LinkedIn scrapers).
Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and professional messaging.
Ability to handle large volumes of emails and DMs daily.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets or CRM systems to log leads.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
Preferred:
Previous experience in the beauty, wellness, or influencer marketing industry.
Familiarity with CRM systems and workflow automation.
Ability to suggest improvements to outreach automation systems
