Experienced Lead Manager – Land Real Estate (Remote, Full-Time)
We are a fast-growing land investment company looking for a highly skilled and experienced
Lead Manager to join our acquisitions team. This is NOT a beginner position. We’re looking for
someone who has already worked as a Lead Manager, ISA, or inside a real estate acquisitions
company (preferably land).
The ideal candidate knows how to:
? Answer inbound seller calls and texts with professionalism.
? Follow proven scripts and ask qualifying questions (motivation, equity, timeline).
? Update and manage a CRM (LaunchControl, GoHighLevel, or similar).
? Call back missed leads within 10 minutes during U.S. business hours.
? Role-play, practice, and constantly improve their closing skills.
Responsibilities:
? Be the first line of communication for all seller inquiries.
? Qualify sellers using our scripts and pain-based questions.
? Update CRM with accurate notes after every call or text.
? Tag and immediately escalate hot leads to acquisitions/closer.
? Hit daily KPI targets (calls returned, conversations had, hot leads passed).
Requirements:
? 1+ year experience as a Lead Manager or ISA in real estate (house or land).
? Proven ability to follow scripts and systems.
? Excellent written and spoken English.
? Organized, disciplined, and hungry to grow.
? Tech-savvy: able to work with CRMs, texting platforms, and Google Workspace.
Compensation:
? $4–$6/hour depending on experience + performance bonuses.
