JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are a 41 year old manufacturer, manufacturing representative, distributor and dealer of non powered and powered material handling equipment. We recently received a distributor contract with PUDU Robotics for the USA and we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and to find and develop contacts.

This role focuses on locating, through various on line resources (Google, Linkedln, other search engines, one line links, etc. potential customers, identifying the key contact in those organizations, gathering specific contact information, reaching out via e mail advertising (fliers, videos, etc), posting lead progress into ZOHO CRM, timely follow up until there is a response, nurturing potential clients through email, Zoom, and outgoing phone calls, professional advanced english communication and a confident phone voice, and consistent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate clearly and professionally in English (verbal and written)

Send marketing materials such as flyers and videos etc via email

Maintain and update lead information using ZOHO CRM

Perform ongoing follow-up to nurture prospects and move them through the pipeline

Track interactions and report on progress

Conduct outgoing calls and the ability to grow into the position

Requirements:

Excellent English speaking and writing ability

Experience with Zoho CRM (or similar CRM tools) preferred

Comfortable with email outreach and basic marketing materials

Organized, confident, persistent, and self-motivated

Prior experience in lead generation, sales, or customer outreach mandatory

Strong confident voice for phone possible phone call follow up, Zoo ---------- eting, etc.
