About the role

Key Let Management (Key Let Stays) is a fast growing serviced accommodation company based in Manchester, UK. We've scaled from 2 units to 15 in the past few months and we need someone sharp to take genuine ownership of day to day operations, so the founder can focus on sales and growth.

This is not a task based VA job. This is a career opportunity for someone who wants to grow into an Operations Manager role, hiring and training their own team of VAs as we scale.

What you'll own

Guest communication across all channels
Landlord liaison and relationship management
Cleaning and maintenance coordination
Driving direct bookings and revenue growth using PriceLabs
Working closely with our automation specialist to shape and refine our systems (Uplisting, Slack, Notion, Zapier, PriceLabs, Suiteop)
Full ownership of building and maintaining our SOPs. As processes are established and refined, you're responsible for documenting them properly, keeping them up to date, and making sure they're clear enough for a new hire to follow without needing you to explain it live. This is one of the most important parts of the role, as it's what allows us to bring on and train future VAs under you.

What we need from you (mandatory)

Minimum 2 years' experience in a VA or operations role within short term rentals / Airbnb management
Proven leadership skills. You will eventually be hiring, training and managing your own team of VAs as we scale, so previous experience leading, training or supervising others is essential, not optional
Confident using a channel manager (Uplisting experience preferred)
Hands on experience with PriceLabs
Experience using Slack and Notion
Strong documentation skills. You should be someone who naturally writes things down properly as you learn them, not someone who keeps process knowledge in your head
Strong written English and clear communication

Nice to have

An open, adaptable mindset, ready to learn our full stack as we build it out together

Hours

8 hours per day, flexible within our 9am to 8pm operating window (UK time). Full overlap not required, but strong daytime coverage is essential.

Pay

$7 to $8 USD per hour to start, with a clear path to progression as you prove yourself. Performance based incentives on top of base pay as you help drive bookings and revenue. We invest in our team and reward great work, this is not a role where you'll be left to work hard with nothing in return.
