- Own the Post-Production Pipeline: Lead the editing workflow from raw footage to final delivery, ensuring lightning-fast turnarounds and pristine quality.
- Review & Collaboration Mastery: Champion our video proofing and review tools (like ---------- or Premiere Pro Review) to streamline feedback with stakeholders.
- Set Technical Standards: Organize projects, establish efficient rendering presets, manage media assets, and maintain an organized server archive.

Creative & Social Media Strategy
- Platform-Specific Optimization: Translate longer webinars, client testimonials, and interviews into high-performing short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Hook the Audience: Use pacing, sound design, trending music, kinetic typography, and motion graphics to make Medicare simple and engaging.
- Continuous Innovation: Analyze social media performance trends alongside our marketing team to constantly iterate and level up our content formula.
