EduTrack is a growing EdTech platform focused on building smart, intuitive systems for schools and therapy-based organizations. Our mission is to create powerful tools that actually make life easier for administrators, educators, and clinicians.
We are looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer to take full ownership of the user experience and interface design across the platform.
Role Overview
As the Lead UI/UX Designer, you will own the entire UI/UX function of EduTrack. You will be responsible for translating real user needs into intuitive, clean, and scalable product designs. This is a key leadership role with real influence on product direction.
You will work closely with product, development, and leadership to shape how EduTrack looks, feels, and works.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and lead all UI/UX design for the EduTrack platform
* Deeply understand and analyze end-user needs (administrators, educators, therapists, parents, etc.)
* Translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences
* Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
* Maintain and evolve the design system and product consistency
* Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation
* Continuously improve UX based on feedback and real usage
Requirements
* Minimum 2+ years experience as a Lead / Senior UI/UX Designer
* Proven experience owning UI/UX projects end-to-end
* Very strong proficiency in Figma (must be expert level)
* Strong understanding of UX research, user journeys, and usability principles
* Experience working on complex systems (SaaS / dashboards / admin systems is a big plus)
* Ability to think both strategically and practically
* Strong communication and leadership skills
Nice to Have (Bonus)
* Experience in EdTech, HealthTech, or workflow-heavy systems
* Experience building design systems from scratch
* Understanding of accessibility and usability standards
