As we scale, we are looking for a Lead Systems Integrator / Systems Architect to fully own this infrastructure and evolve it into a reliable, scalable operating system.
???? The Role
This role owns how the company runs at a systems level.
You are responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and evolving the technical and operational backbone of the business. That includes architecture decisions, cross-platform integrations, data reliability, automation standards, and systems team leadership.
This is not a ticket-based or task-only role. You are expected to think like an operator, architect for scale, prevent failures before they happen, and lead the systems function as the company grows.
You will be both hands-on and strategic.
???? Responsibilities
Systems Architecture & Ownership
Design and maintain the overall systems architecture across Airtable,
Own data models, automation logic, sync strategies, and system dependencies across departments.
Ensure systems are scalable, resilient, and easy to maintain as volume increases.
Translate business needs from Sales, Client Success, Finance, and Operations into reliable system solutions.
Automation & Integration
Architect and oversee complex automations using
Define and maintain CRM architecture and lifecycle automations in GoHighLevel.
Integrate internal tools into a single source of truth where appropriate.
Proactively identify bottlenecks, failure points, and inefficiencies and resolve them at the root.
Reliability, QA, and Standards
Ensure high system reliability with proactive monitoring and structured QA processes.
Establish automation standards, naming conventions, documentation requirements, and build principles.
Reduce recurring bugs, silent failures, and data inconsistencies across the stack.

Team Leadership & Enablement
Lead the Systems team, including Systems Integrators and Tech Admins.
Review builds, enforce standards, and ensure quality across all system work.
Hire, onboard, and train new systems tea
Create internal documentation, SOPs, and Looms to ensure systems are transferable and scalable.
Visibility & Reporting
Build dashboards and reporting infrastructure to support leadership decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy across Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Talent functions.
Partner with leadership to improve operational visibility and accountability through systems.
???? Requirements
Must-Haves Skills:
3+ years of hands-on systems integration and automation experience in real businesses or client environments.
Strong experience with
Proven ability to design systems end-to-end, not just execute isolated tasks.
Experience leading or mentoring other technical or systems-focused tea
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to debug complex workflows.
Clear written and verbal communication, especially for documentation and Looms.
Nice-to-Haves Skills:
AI or LLM integrations within automation workflows.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure concepts.
Experience supporting fast-growing service businesses or consultancies.
Background in marketing, sales, or client delivery systems.
