About us
Suncovia is a growing US solar company helping homeowners in Pennsylvania, New Hampshire and Maine lower their electric bills. Homeowners request info through our online forms, and we need friendly, confident callers to reach them quickly and book them with one of our energy consultants.

The role
This isn't a hard-sell job. You won't sell solar. You'll call homeowners who already asked about it, ask a few simple questions, and book a 30-minute video meeting where a consultant shows them their numbers. We give you a proven script, training and a steady flow of inbound leads.

What you'll do

Call new form-fill leads quickly, usually within minutes of their request, and follow up on a set call schedule.
Ask qualifying questions: homeowner status, home type, electric company, roof shade and credit range.
Book qualified homeowners into our consultants' calendars in Eastern Time.
Send and answer texts, and log every call and outcome in our CRM (GoHighLevel).
Handle common objections politely and stay positive through many calls a day.
What we're looking for

Excellent spoken English with clear, neutral pronunciation.
Experience in US outbound calling, appointment setting or inbound lead follow-up (solar, home improvement or insurance is a plus).
Comfortable with a dialer and CRM. GoHighLevel or RingCentral experience is a bonus.
Reliable, fast internet (a speed test is required), a quiet workspace, a quality headset and a backup power plan.
Able to work US Eastern business hours, including some Saturdays.
Coachable, organized and motivated by booked appointments.
Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Saturday, during US Eastern hours.

Pay
$5/hour plus a bonus for each appointment set that closes.
