JOB OVERVIEW

We are a CQC (customer qualification / lead generation) company looking for a highly skilled Lead Scraper / Prospecting Specialist to strengthen our lead generation program and consistently deliver qualified, high-quality prospects.

In this role you will build and run custom data scraping workflows, clean and verify lists, and feed our outreach engine with accurate, well-targeted leads. You should be self-directed, detail-obsessed about data quality, and comfortable working independently in the EST time zone.

What you'll do:
- Build and maintain custom Python scraping scripts to source targeted leads at scale
- Research and identify high-quality prospects that match our ideal customer profile
- Clean, deduplicate, and verify contact data before it enters our pipeline
- Manage and organize leads inside our CRM tools (Brevo and Zoho CRM)
- Support email campaign setup and list hygiene using Quickmail, Apollo, Zerobounce, and similar tools
- Track results and continuously improve targeting to raise the quality of prospects

Requirements (MUST have):
- Proven experience in lead scraping — this is a MUST
- Ability to create customized scraping scripts using PYTHON to scrape leads
- Knowledge and hands-on ability to manage CRM tools such as Brevo and Zoho CRM
- Experience with Quickmail, Apollo, Zerobounce, and other email campaign tools
- Able to work in the EST time zone

Nice to have:
- Strong understanding of email deliverability and data verification best practices
- Experience building repeatable, reliable scraping pipelines
