JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a high-level Lead SEO Engineer with a strong Web Development background to spearhead our organic growth. This is not a "content-only" SEO role; we need a technical powerhouse who has a proven track record of ranking SaaS, 18 DaaS, or Software companies on a national scale.
You will be responsible for defining the strategy, managing the technical execution, and leading a team to ensure our software products dominate highly competitive search landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute end-to-end SEO Roadmaps for national SaaS/Software markets.
Technical SEO & Dev: Perform deep technical audits and personally execute code-level fixes (HTML/CSS, JS, Schema, Site Speed Optimization).

Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of specialists, ensuring KPIs are met and strategies are followed through to completion.

Data-Driven Growth: Utilize advanced analytics to track national rankings, conversion rates, and ROI.
Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years of proven SEO experience specifically within the Software/SaaS/DaaS sectors.
Technical Stack: Proficient in Web Development (Full-stack with WordPress or Headless ReactJS +WP) to bridge the gap between marketing and engineering.

Must be able to demonstrate previous success ranking competitive keywords at a national level.
We are looking for someone who is not shy, who knows how to communicate in from of the team, present strategies,
Schedule: Must be available to work Full-Time during Central Standard Time (CST) business hours.
Communication: Exceptional English communication skills for leadership and reporting.
