JOB OVERVIEW

Hello,

I run a design studio that builds custom apparel collections and online spirit wear stores for youth sports organizations and schools across the United States. Our business model is proven, and we are ready to scale our company and partner with organizations all across the United States.

We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help us research youth sports clubs and leagues and reach out to them to set up calls (with me) about potential partnerships.

This role is primarily focused on online research, data organization, and email outreach (initial and follow up emails).

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with spreadsheets, internet research, and email outreach.

Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will include:

• researching youth sports clubs and leagues in the United States
• gathering contact information for club directors, board members or administrators
• organizing leads into a spreadsheet
• estimating club size based on website information
• sending outreach emails using provided templates
• tracking responses and updating outreach status

Example Organizations You Will Research

• youth soccer clubs
• travel baseball organizations
• volleyball clubs
• youth football leagues
• wrestling clubs

Skills We Are Looking For

• strong written English
• good internet research skills
• attention to detail
• experience with Google Sheets or Excel
• ability to follow clear processes

Experience with lead generation or outreach is a plus, but not required.

Work Environment

This is a long-term role with a growing company. It will start at around 15-20 hours per week, but that can quickly grow if you do a good job at making contacts with organizations.

We are building partnerships with youth sports organizations across the United States, and we are looking for someone who can grow with us as the company expands.

Work Hours: Flexible.
Preferred availability: 15-20 hours per week to start, but hours could grow quickly if you find success finding the right clubs and helping us sign partnerships.
