JOB OVERVIEW

The Job
Call people who filled out Facebook forms asking about medical equipment (knee braces, back braces, etc.). Your job is simple:

Call them
Ask if they still want it
Ask basic questions (name, insurance info, etc.)
Get their permission to check insurance
Pass them to the insurance team

That's it.

What You'll Do Every Day
Full-Time: Make ---------- calls per day
Part-Time: Make 50-60 calls per 4-hour shift

Call leads from our system
Follow up every day for 7 days if they don't answer
Type their info into our CRM (GoHighLevel)
Move them to the next team when qualified

What We Need From You
? Speak excellent English (you're calling Americans all day)
? Experience making 50+ outbound calls per day
? Comfortable with rejection and people not answering
? Fast typer (you document while you talk)
? Reliable internet (15+ Mbps minimum)
? Quiet place to work
? Available during US Central Time hours
Bonus if you have:

Healthcare or medical background
Call center/BPO experience
Used GoHighLevel or CRMs before
