Lead Qualification Assistant – Amazon Research (Remote)

About Us:
The Amazon Whisperer is a fast-growing eCommerce marketing agency helping consumer brands scale profitably on Amazon and other marketplaces. We work with a large volume of brands and rely on clean, accurate data to identify high-potential opportunities.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Lead Qualification Assistant to help us manually qualify a large list of Amazon seller leads. This is a straightforward, repeatable task and is ideal for someone who is comfortable with spreadsheets, basic research, and working independently.

The Role:
This role is focused entirely on manual lead qualification using a provided spreadsheet and clear instructions.
You will be working through tens of thousands of leads, one by one, and gathering basic data to help us determine whether a brand is worth contacting.
This is not a strategic role and does not require advanced Amazon knowledge — just accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Open a provided link to a brand’s Amazon store or product listing
Confirm the brand has active products listed on Amazon
Open Helium 10 and:
Check the estimated monthly revenue of products on the first page
Enter required data into a spreadsheet:
Monthly revenue estimate
Confirmation of active products
Any basic notes (if applicable)
Move on to the next lead and repeat the process
Clear SOPs and examples will be provided.

Requirements:
Comfortable working with Google Sheets
Basic familiarity with Amazon product listings
Willingness to follow a repetitive, process-driven task
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable internet connection
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Prior experience with Helium 10 is a plus (but not required — guide will be provided)

Pay & Hours:
Flexible hours
Long-term work available due to the large volume of leads
Performance-based continuation (consistent accuracy = ongoing work)
